Vié Bucharest is the first Romanian restaurant by Groupe Tamara - a hospitality group headquartered in France with operations in France, US and Japan.

Vié is centrally located in Sector 3, and features creative, locally sourced cuisine with a zest of French inspiration, combined with a focus on European craft wines.

The restaurant is open 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday, from 5pm to 11pm.

We are looking for servers to participate in delivering high quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the service to restaurant’s guest (seating, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning up tables, interacting with the customers etc)

• Recommend to customers appropriate courses and wine (the latter with the Sommelier’s support), based on their expressed preferences

• Prepare the space for the service, and clean it up at the end

• Handle booking matters as needed (discuss allergies / restrictions, answer customer’s questions, adjust bookings if required, etc)

• Gather and communicate to the management the guests’ feedback, in a mindset of permanent improvement of customer satisfaction.

Experience & Skills

• At least 1 year experience as a waiter, preferably in a non traditional place.

• Excellent customer relationship skills

• Knowledge in wines (and craft wines in particular) is a plus.

• Integrity and good communication skills 

• Conversational English
