Travelense Terms of Use

Travelense is a free utility from BRK (legal entity Groupe Tamara). Using it means agreeing to these terms. The App Store Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies where you obtained the app from Apple.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Travelense on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misrepresent the app as your own.

What the app is

Travelense estimates travel history from location metadata in your photos. It is a reconstruction tool, not an authoritative log of where you were.

Accuracy

Results depend entirely on the photos available (coverage, GPS quality, shared images, etc.). Cities, distances, and “home” inferences can be wrong. Do not rely on the app for legal, immigration, tax, or safety decisions.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to grant the app access to the photo library you select.
• You are responsible for backing up anything important; we do not host your library.

Privacy

Processing is described in the Travelense Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groupe Tamara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of Travelense.

Support

Groupe Tamara, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support. Support is best-effort via apps@groupe-tamara.com and our support page. No service level is guaranteed.

Apple

This agreement is with Groupe Tamara only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) as permitted by Apple; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Groupe Tamara, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims, and claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. We may stop distributing the app at any time. You may stop using it by deleting it.
