This policy describes how BRK handles personal data for this website and as publisher of software. BRK is the public brand of Groupe Tamara, the legal entity responsible for these activities (“we”, “us”). Individual apps may have additional product-specific policies that apply to data processed by that app.

Who we are

This website

This site is static informational content. We do not run accounts, marketing trackers, or advertising on these pages.

• Hosting logs. Our host (for example Cloudflare) may automatically process technical data such as IP address, user-agent, and request time for security and delivery. That processing is governed by the host’s policies as well as ours.
• No first-party analytics. We do not embed third-party analytics or ad pixels on this site.
• Contact email. If you email us, we process the content of your message and your address solely to respond and, where relevant, to support the product you wrote about.

Software we publish

Apps published under BRK each document what they read and where it goes. Prefer the product policy when it is more specific:

• Travelense Privacy Policy — on-device photo GPS processing; no developer backend.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when required to operate support (for example, reading an email you send us), when required by law, or when a product policy clearly describes a system service (such as Apple geocoding used by an app on your device).

Retention

Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and ordinary business records. App data that stays on your device is under your control — delete the app or use in-app clear controls where provided.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise rights regarding data we hold (for example support emails), contact us at the address above.

Children

Our websites and apps are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version at this URL with a revised date. Material changes to an app’s practices will also be reflected in that app’s policy and, where appropriate, release notes.
